When Hi-Tech received an error notice at the control level, they reached out and we immediately tried to resolve the issue with a video chat to get our customer back in operation quickly. When this didn’t immediately solve the problem, two of our in-house technicians planned for an on-site visit. Within two days, the technicians arrived, made necessary repairs, and had Hi-Tech back in production.
