Inside Sales Representative/Customer Service

As an equipment manufacturer, we are seeking a qualified Customer Service / Inside Sale Representative to work with the sales team in our Indianapolis showroom/office. Foam conversion industry experience or knowledge is preferred.


  • Generate new business leads by contacting potential customers, handling customer inquiries.
  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails. Provide formal quotes and report weekly progress.
  • Understand customer needs and requirements. Research accounts, identify key players, and generate interest.
  • Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory
  • Perform effective online demos to prospects. Build up strong positive relationships and attain account growth while increasing our company’s reputation in the market.


  • Proven inside sales experience, 2-3 years of customer service / inside sales experience required
  • Candidate should be comfortable with Tele-sales or Telemarketing (with technical sales experience preferred). Ability to cold call from the lists provided. Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day
  • Demonstrate a history of customer acquisition and revenue growth
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) and LinkedIn
  • Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Bilingual (fluent in Spanish) is a plus
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

Base plus Supplemental pay

  • Base Pay
  • Commission pay and Bonus pay

Work location

  • One location – Indianapolis

Work Schedule

  • Full time, Monday to Friday, 8 hours
